Coffee lovers, just like you
It started as a hobby — trying different coffee shops around town — until we realized it wasn’t really about the shops. It was about the bean itself.
So we began buying coffee from different origins to taste what each region had to offer. Somewhere along the way it became clear: every coffee lover deserves this experience.
That’s how Café Monte Santo was born — a hobby turned into a business, built with my best friend and husband.
Roasted in small batches in the RGV region, so we ship fresh beans — nothing sits in a warehouse for months.
